The Museum specialises in exclusive evening hire for dinners, drinks receptions, corporate hospitality and themed events. The informal atmosphere is ideal for networking and can be combined with the use of the conference suite for formal elements. Working with our range of catering partners, you can be sure that Coventry Transport Museum is the right place to suit the need of your event.

The adaptable Ariel Gallery provides the largest event space in the Museum. It is suitable for a multitude of uses, with drive-in access, a range of audio-visual equipment included and a ceiling height up to 7.7 metres, this space can be used for anything from an exhibition or sit down dinner, through to a filming studio.


The new Mezzanine Gallery is a capacious 400sqm of flexible event space, great for afterhours networking, presentations, receptions, dinners and ideal for awards ceremonies with Millennium place and the infamous clock as a backdrop to your event!
