This is a large space available for dinners, receptions and events.
An adaptable private space located on the first floorand adjacent to our Conference Rooms and Technology Suite, the Mezzanine is suitable for a multitude of uses, including product launches, exhibitions and trade shows, corporate events, receptions for up to 500 guests and evening dinners for up to 300 seated. The Singer Mezzanine leads directly off the Coventry Champions exhibition, which can be used for reception drinks and canapés on arrival.
The gallery offers 400 square metres of display space, with full drive-in facilities and a ceiling height of up to 2.7 metres.
Included in the hire of the Mezzanine Gallery is a Standard PA system and microphones, lectern, staging, screen and drape kit, projector, laptop, clicker, wifi facilities, 20 13amp power points, spot lights and down lights which can be themed to your colour of choice, and a full draping facility which allows you to partition the room for smaller numbers, break out areas or lunch. This area has natural daylight and an air circulation system.
In addition to all of this, between the hours of 10.00am and 17.00pm your delegates have the opportunity to view the museum's unique collection of British Motor vehicles and its history at their leisure.
