What's On

Coventry Transport Museum holds a wide range of events and activities throughout the year, so there's always something new to see and do.

An evening with Sir John Egan

Download Event to Calendar

We are hosting an evening with Sir John Egan – former CEO of Jaguar Cars on Wednesday 14th October from 7pm at Coventry Transport Museum.

Join us for this unique opportunity to hear Sir John's personal account of his experience at Jaguar Cars as we celebrate the launch of his book 'Saving Jaguar'.

The book tells the story of how Sir John gradually overcame the odds and, piece by piece, rebuilt this once great company, winning over the workforce, the suppliers, the overseas dealers and, most important of all, the customers.

Discover the story behind the success and  get answers to your most burning questions from the man himself with a special presentation and Q & A session followed by the opportunity to meet Sir John, get your copy of the book signed and even get a photo.

An amazing story that will appeal equally to car enthusiasts, those in business, Jaguar devotees and readers interested in social history, this is a night not to be missed.

Anyone can purchase his book on the night at a discounted price of £19.95 (RRP £24.95) and get their copy autographed too- a fantastic keepsake or Christmas gift!

Tickets are £5+ booking fee

Price on the door £6.50
