Ted Simon Talk - Jupiter Returns
Old Grammar School
Saturday 3 December, 2.00pm

Rev your sense of adventure this December and join us for a talk and Q&A with daring motorcyclist and twice-circumnavigator of the globe, Ted Simon. Discussing his 1973 and 2001 adventures, with the iconic Triumph Tiger and BMW R80GS, this afternoon of audacious anecdotes is perfect for motorcycle-enthusiasts and fans of intrepid tales alike.

Ted’s famous BMW R80GS will be arriving at Coventry Transport Museum between 10.30 – 11am, joining the Triumph Tiger in the museum’s Champions Gallery (so feel free to drop-in if you’re around).

Now for the practical bits…
The event takes place at the Old Grammar School, just around the corner from the museum, on Hales Street.
Tickets are £5 - pay on the door
However, if you buy a Ted Simon Book at the event, (Jupiter’s Travels, Dreaming of Jupiter, Rolling through the Isles, and Jupiter’s Travels in Camera) your admission will be refunded.

CTM Members and Patrons have FREE admission to the talk and if they buy a Ted Simon Book at the event they will be given a 10% discount (this is a special offer as discounts on books is not part of the membership benefits).  Proof of Membership is required.
