Case studies will cover various topics from SEND activities for family audiences, making gallery spaces interactive and running successful Early Years provision.

Culture Coventry is an award winning organisation (including 2010 Kids in Museums award winners, and 2017 Kids in Museums shortlisted nominees), and comprises of: Coventry Transport Museum, The Herbert Art Gallery and Museum, The Lunt Roman Fort and The Old Grammar School (a 12th century building).
This conference is hosted by Coventry Transport Museum, home to the world’s largest collection of British road transport, including the fastest car in the world. After a stunning £9.5 makeover, packed with new displays, interactive features, and thousands of exciting exhibits; Coventry Transport Museum is regarded as one of the leading visitor attractions in the West Midlands, welcoming nearly half a million visitors a year.
Lunch and refreshments are provided throughout the day.
Cost: £30* per person.

If you are a museum professional and/or family activity practitioner and would like to deliver a workshop at our Family Friendly Conference, please complete the workshop proposal form and submit to firstname.lastname@example.org by 10.00am on Friday 29 September. Successful candidates will be contacted during the first week of October.
Please note that workshops should be no longer than 30 minutes, and will be aimed at an audience of around 10 people, to facilitate quality conversations with those participating.
We regret that we cannot offer payment or travel bursaries for workshop presenters. However, you will be given full access to the conference free of charge, with lunch and refreshments provided throughout the day.
