February Half Term 2014

Join us this February Half Term for a crafty week of wintery sports-themed fun.  All events are drop-in, so get your skates on!

Timetable:

Saturday 15 February 10am to 4pm
Winter Sports Family Day
Join us for a fun-packed day of winter-themed activities and crafts.  Families can make their own snowglobes and skiing goggles, follow the Winter Sports trail around the building and lots more.  Activities run throughout the day - find out more.

EVERY DAY THROUGHOUT THE HOLIDAYS
Saturday 15 to Sunday 23 February - 10am to 4pm daily
Winter Sports Trail - £1.50
This sporty trail will lead you around the museum, searching out hidden clues.

Sunday 16 February - 12 noon to 4pm
Monday 17 February - 10am to 12 noon and 1pm to 4pm
Snowglobes - £3
Design and make your own snowy wonderland with our snowglobe kits!

Tuesday 18 & Wednesday 19 February - 10am to 12noon and 1pm to 4pm
Marvellous Medals - £1.50
Get crafty and make your own winners medal.

Thursday 20 & Friday 21 February - 10am to 12noon and 1pm to 4pm
Get Skating - £1
Create and colour a clever ice skate for you to take home and practice tying your laces!

Saturday 22 & Sunday 23 February - 12noon to 4pm
Ski Slope Collages - £1
Make a lovely winter sports scene with a range of fun materials, scissors and glue.

All activities have been designed for children of a range of ages to enjoy together with their families.  No need to book, just turn up and enjoy!
