Opened
in 2004 the highly interactive Cyclopedia Gallery is devoted to the
Museum's superb cycle collection. Visitors can find out about how cycles
work, how their technology developed and also find out more about the
social aspects of cycling, including clubs, racing and costume. There
are also opportunities to sit on replica 'boneshakers', penny farthings
and hobby horses and to race against computers on high tech training
machines.
