Come and meet us at the NEC!

 
Coventry Transport Museum will be at the Antiques for Everyone Show from Thursday 8th April to Sunday 11th April, in Halls 17 to 19 at the NEC. Three vehicles from CTM will have pride of place at the show - namely our 1963 Daimler Double Decker Bus No. 333, a Karrier Coach and an Austin Gipsy fire engine - the theme being Public Service.

The Show opens at 11am each day with free car parking, and there'll be a team of friendly and informative people from the Museum on hand each day to answer any queries you may have. Come and see what treasures are in the store

If you've ever wondered where we keep our collection of vehicles and bikes once they've been moved from the museum itself...here's your opportunity.

On Friday 23rd April - St. George's Day - we are offering 25 people the chance to join us on a guided tour of our 24,000 sq ft storage facility which houses an additional 100 vehicles, 25 motorcycles and 200 bicycles as well as other relevant museum objects.

The tour party will leave the museum at 10.30am with the tour starting at the storage building at 11am, the tour will last for approximately 1 hour.

Easter Break Fun

5th - 16th April
There's loads of fun to be had this Easter with plenty of interesting and unusual things to see and do at the Museum that will get your creative juices flowing. Here's a fantastic opportunity to get creative and learn something different with our fabulous craft and hands-on activities. Have a go at making novel note pegs or models of your favourite car or a scary monster! Take our Alphabet Challenge or complete the Traffic Sign Bingo as you go around the Museum. And all this at absoltely fantastic prices! Our friendly and enthusiastic Facilitators will be organising some interesting FREE hands-on activities in the Museum.

With these fantastic activities and much more, your Easter Break will be full of fun with a bit of learning!
