Easter Half Term

This Easter the Coventry Transport Museum challenges you to create some eggstremely marvellous machines! Families can take part in exciting engineering challenges, or make a variety of Easter Machines, such as egg dispensers, egg colourers, and more!

What egg related invention will you make? Use your challenge set and let your imagination run wild.

Don't forget our latest exhibition TAXI: The Story from A to B is open during all of half term. The exhibition celebrates one of the hardest working vehicles on our roads, with a wealth of taxis on display from both the museum’s own collection and private lenders. Highlights include ‘Hannah’ a record breaking taxi that drove around the world, black taxi cabs throughout the ages and examples of taxis from around the world, including New York and Japan!

Coventry Transport Museum is home to the world's two fastest cars.

When you visit the Museum, not only can you marvel at these spectacular feats of British engineering, you can experience travelling through the sound barrier on our all new 4D Land Speed Record Simulator!
