DESCRIPTION:A special event showcasing the unique motoring heritage of Coventry.\n\nJoin us and discover a timeline of Coventry built motoring from 1901 to the present day.\n\nA fantastic opportunity to see a variety of classic cars all in one place and a chance to talk to classic car owners and enthusiasts to find out more about the vehicles and the motoring heritage of our city.\n\nWe're looking for up to 150 Coventry-built cars to form this spectacular celebration.\n\nAny Coventry-built car can register to take part in the event, at which we hope to see every Coventry marque represented, forming displays in Millennium Place, Broadgate and Ironmonger Square.\n\nTo register your interest in bringing your Coventry-built car along to this event, please email details of your vehicle including make, model and year, along with your full contact details, to clive.skelhon@culturecoventry.com\nPlease note: applications of interest for becoming part of Coventry Car Day close Thursday 13 August at 2.00pm.\n\nThere will also be an optional drive-in to Coventry on the day, departing from Coombe Abbey at 9.15am.  Please indicate in your email if you are interested in taking part in the drive-in.\n\n
