Wanted - Crimes Against Fashion

23 June 2011

It's a standing joke that the 1980s were the decade that style forgot,  but this August at the Museum we want to celebrate the fashions of the era of shoulder pads and crimpers.

As part of our 1980s Weekend on 27 & 28 August, in association with BBC Hands On History, we're organising a 1980s fashion show, and we need you to be involved!  If you have an outfit left over from the 1980s and you would be willing to model it in the show, we would love to hear from you - email education@transport-museum.co.uk or telephone 024 7623 4270 and ask to speak to Naomi or Kristen.

Don't be shy - there'll be prizes for the best/worst outfits on the day!
