£13 per child, including two accompanying adults* | Book online & purchase tickets in our gift shop
*Each additional adult visiting without a child will require their own separate ticket, priced at £13 each.

Head straight to our onsite gift shop, where a team member will be able to process a booking for you at the till.
Wander through a magical winter wonderland and snowy scenes before taking a ride on Coventry famous and enchanting vintage sleigh, pulled by two trusty reindeer. Your next stop? Lapland. Write your Christmas wish list, meet Santa in his festive grotto, tell him your Christmas wishes and collect your bespoke gift from a North pole elf.
What to Expect This Year:

- Free admission to the museum for the day
- Unique gift for each child/adult with a paid for ticket (excluding babes in arms without a separate ticket and accompanying adults)
Booking Information:
- Please ensure that you select the correct time and date when booking on Eventbrite before the check out.
- There is a strict no-refunds or ticket transfer policy in place. This includes cancellations and tickets bought in error.
Ticket Information:
- The Vintage Sleigh Ride includes museum admission tickets for the day of your visit.
- SEN sessions are ideal for families and individuals who have complex needs and disabilities and Early Years sessions are ideal for families with children under 5. Both sessions have limited availability.
- Please arrive on time - visitors will be allocated their Sleigh Ride and Santa visit within the pre-booked 30 minute slot.
- Please note that the Coventry Transport Museum closes at 5pm. For sleigh ticket holders with slots from 4.30pm onwards, if you wish to visit the rest of the museum, it is recommended that you do so before you visit the sleigh area.
- FREE for under 1s who do not require a gift when accompanying a paid visit. If you wish to receive a gift for a baby under one, you will need to purchase an additional ticket.
- 10% off in the shop in the shop and café for ticket holders.
- If you are bringing additional adults without additional children, each extra adult will require a separate ticket, priced at £13 each.
Payment Options:
- Customers who do not have a PayPal account can still purchase tickets for the 'Visit Santa: Vintage Sleigh Ride Experience' through an alternative payment method. Simply select the desired ticket, enter billing details, and click the 'place order' button. A new window will appear offering payment options of PayPal or Credit/Debit Card
