Visit Coventry Transport Museum during MotoFest and Heritage Open Days for free entry to the museum.

To celebrate Coventry as the center of the British car industry and the birthplace of the bicycle, Coventry Transport Museum will offer free admission for all during MotoFest on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June, as well as Heritage Open Days on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September.

What awaits you? Visitors can enjoy our world-famous designated collection and take part in a new International exhibition. In fact, Coventry Transport Museum houses the largest publicly owned collection of British vehicles on the planet and tells the story of a city which changed the world through transport. Visitors can expect captivating displays, interactive galleries, and highly immersive exhibitions - a day to remember.
14 fully accessible galleries are home to the fastest vehicle in the world, pioneering bicycles, transport champions and many of the most innovative, memorable and luxurious vehicles of the last 200 years. For those seeking more adventure, walk through The Blitz experience or enjoy a ride in one of three 4D simulator rides.*
*Please note, the 4D simulator is currently under maintenance, and will be up and running again in the new year. The simulator is charged for separately and not included in the free admission..
