Family-Friendly Art Talks • Last Saturday of every month | 30 December 2023, 27 January, 24 February, 30 March & 27 April 2024 • 11.00am, 12.00pm, 1.00pm & 2.00pm • Designed for age 3+, but all are welcome • FREE | Drop in Led by our expert learning team, these relaxed, drop-in talks encourage children to share their views and questions about the artworks they are introduced to, supporting them with their own interpretations. We understand that interpreting art can sometimes be difficult for children, but our friendly staff are here to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to discover and enjoy the exciting range of work on display by local, national and even world-famous artists. Herbert Art Gallery & Museum is a great place to delve into Coventry’s history and engage with art and culture. The venue is also home to Dippy the dinosaur - a life-size, plaster-of-paris replica of a Diplodocus carnegii skeleton. Tickets can be booked in advance, with a limited amount available for walk ins on the day.
